In this fight Joker has on the Loki Mask and the Mask he can use his imagination to be as powerful as he wants.

Then Joker may kill his teammate and Hulk with ease.

Joker has no teammate, but it's probably better that way. Joker slaugters them, in the worse possible way.

Joker with Loki's mask? Hell, Thor will have to appeal to his bad-seed stepbrother for help, and Loki will take great pleasure in making Thor praise his greatness before he assists.
