There aren't many that are a real threat. Juggernaut, Black Adam, Apoc, Darkseid, Imperiex, and Ultron are the ones we'd have to worry about, but we have a person on our team who can manipulate reality itself.

Black Adam - I make him fly into a sun
Doc Ock - I make him ram one of his claws into his face.
Riddler - He'll be questioning his existence while he jumps off a cliff
Mysterio - He follows Riddler like a lemming.
Bullseye - Carves a bullseye in his throat and bleeds to death
Doomsday - Punches himself in the head and dies. I then throw the remains into space.
Carnage - I make Venom and Toxin kick his ass, then each others' and convince Toxin to help the Avengers, considering he's a hero.
Both Green Goblins - Patricide and suicide
Scorpion - Acid must hurt
Two-face - Chokes himself while his personalities argue with each other
Sabretooth - Pulls his own head off.

The rest of the Avengers can have fun.
