The Marvel team seems outclassed here unless Thor decides not to hold himself back (like when he fights the enemies of Asgard or cosmic threats).

From what I know, I say the JLA, but I dont know enough about two of the Marvel characters to judge accurately

JLA. Moondragon w/Mind Gem and Vision would have been better picks than She-Hulk and WonderMan.

Or Starfox could make them kill each other.

Actually, that raises a question. Would T-vo defend against Starfox's ability? He's not a telepath. He uses the power cosmic.

JLA.... Wonder Man and Shulk the weak links. Never underestimate Wonder Woman, She's tough to beat. Only somebody of Thor/Supes caliber could beat her.
