today i had a taekwondo seminar. it was taken by the australian olympic coach for the 2004 olympics and i think the 2000 sydney olympics. when i went over to australia for training and a tournament last year, i trained with him when i was over. anyway.... and the train was so awsome. i mean i learnt not that much stuff, but it was more like a revistion for everything that i learnt last year.
i mean this guy could teacher any kind of martial arts and he would be absoluley awsome. you should check out the web anyone. also the clubs halls had 4 out of the 8 olympic members. the web is www.hallstaekwondo.au or something like that.
