The official Anime Vs anything thread

Because he doesn't kill. The only dragon ever said not to get along with the others is Setsuna. Madoka is kind, and so is Koku. They get along so they'd be compatible. Still Koku himself is deadly. Madoka would be just so they couldn't dodge the beam. I'm assuming Kyo is fire proof anyway that's why I didn't say Setsuna. Still he wouldn't have to combine Rui and Koku and still achieve the same effect. Create an illusion and then use the laser..or Homura which gives him super strength.

I can't remember if Kurei's souls do anything at all besides change the shape of his fire...I'm actually wondering how Kurei would do. He doesn't really have the sure fire kill Recca does, and I'm also assume Iori is as fire proof as Kurei. Kurei does have the clone technique though so Iori would be up against more than one opponent.

the only combined dragons are :

1. nadare & koku
2. madoka & nadare
3. saiha & nadare
4. rui & homura

he also never combined rui and koku. so that's not in the cards. in my opinion, the most deadly here is nadare + koku. if kyo become careless, one word : overkill. 😈

kurei may created so many clones. yeah... that's the real trouble for iori. but i guess iori still capable to search the real. he and kyo already fought the demon god(orochi) and his four heavenly kings so I guess they aren't stupid bull. iori himself could causing death for normal person just with his psyche (see http://kofaniv.snkplaymore.co.jp/english/history/kof2001_story/index.php?num=iori ) also kyo has inhuman stamina(he fought orochi iori, orochi new face team and orochi himself in serial battle) and he too can vaporize person when he's gone berserk(see KOF kyo). this would be a good fight.

He had to summon all the dragons at once to summon Resshin so just because that's all he used doesn't mean that's the only ones he can. Recca isn't the brightest and he isn't a killer either. Madoka/Koku would just be like Madoka/Nadare except deadlier.

Well Kurei's clones are like Naruto's shadow clones if I remember correctly as in they are all physical not just mere illusions aren't they?

recca summons all 8 dragons. true. but that's when he want to summon resshin. but he never use all of 8 dragon's abilities at the same time to attack tendo jigoku. there's no proof about he was capable to do it or not. besides, what kind of attack would be shown when he combined madoka and koku? it was never shown before.

if kurei's clone just like naruto's, then one slash from iori and one clone would be disappear. or do you want to told me that kurei's clones are weak?

I meant that Kurei's clones aren't just illusions but are basically him so it would be hard to find the real one when all of them are exactly the same. I didn't mean they were weak like Naruto's just solid like his. More like Sarutobi's was I guess minus the getting weaker part.

@Endless Mike - It's a good manga. Actually it's my second favorite. I just don't really like the ending that much.

but canonically, recca never used madoka + koku in every of his fight. I doubt he'll gonna use it even in this crossover match.

iori is in deep trouble with kurei's clones. it's hard to found the real but it's not impossible. and it's about time when they would clash their flames.

kyo and iori has a winning chance 50-50%. this could go either way.

It's still something he could have plausible done if he had been more ruthless. He barley even used Koku and he hardly combined the dragons. And I still think using Rui to make an illusion to fool Kyo would be an easy thing to do. Unless Kyo has some way to see through illusions that I don't know about. Kyo is possibly the better fighter and pretty much any fire move is going to be useless. Recca's only chance is to use the dragons like Rui, and Homura to win. Stuff that doesn't burn. Wonder how Saiha would do..Also wasn't Saiha/Homura combined once?

I don't really know much about Kyo or Iori...except that I like to use Kyo in Capcom vs SNK because of his winning quotes so I don't know how Iori and Kurei fight would go since both would have to go fist to fist since the flames would be useless.

kyo and iori have fought so many powerful fighter such as igniz(stronger than orochi), goenitz(who can destroy a stadium with a glimpse of his power), orochi(demon god), mukai(those from the past), rugal(kyo only), orochi new face team(goenitz level), omega rugal(didn't defeated. he was self destructed) so I guess they are full of experience of fighting. kyo too can move so fast when he used mu-shiki and iori can neutralized a demon god(orochi) with his most powerful move. that's why I say this battle would be a good fight.

maybe kyo isn't invulnerable against flames. but he fought iori so many times so I guess he's used to it. iori is stronger than goenitz since mature and vice betray goenitz and change sided to iori. mature and vice had been working with goenitz for a long time so I guess they should have known goenitz's power.

This is a little unusual, but I feel it needs to be made. My vs. will be something new. Name 2 people that can defeat Resident Evil's most bad ass villain, Albert Wesker?

Karas vs. Dante
Soki vs. Ichigo

For the record...

Based on powerscaling and hype, Demitri should stomp Goku easily, but based on feats Goku ftw.

Karas kills Dante before Dante can pull out his sword.

Ichigo is too fast for Soki IMO, far too fast.

Ichigo would more than likely stomp regular Soki but a vital blow to Soki will automatically transform him into an Onimusha. If this is pre-death Soki then Soki's Oni form would stomp him.
