i don't know..i think Tien was stronger after the namek saga. he took down cell second stage with that psychic ki blast that he uses an he also knocked back a blast by buu with it. krillin would give him a fight, but he would loose.

Yes but the tri beam didn't actuly affect Cell it just pushed Celland he only used it twice before passing out anyway (manga not anime). Kuririn most likley could have done that, also Kuririn survived a kick from perfect Cell a better feat than slowing down Snd stage Also in the Buu saga it was stated that Kuririn was the strongest human, and he hadn't trained since the Cell games.
