Cell was surprised by the power though also Goku could have beat Cell if not for healing and he was fighting Cell then

Spike has the arsenal he had when he went to the church to rescue Faye, and kill Vicious. So he has a few guns and grenades.

Gene can use the normal shell's aswell as the soul devoring one

Grave can you his normal two gun's plus the Grave with double as a flamethrower and machine gun
