I don't know who Zeorymer is, but I doubt Wing Zero would be able to scratch teknoman. At the end of the show in his blaster form he was shooting city busting attacks from the end of his lance. His more powerful attacks could be seen on a planetary scale.

But of course Teknoman would be crushed by Ideon.
