How fit are you?

I'm Fairly Fit, Not alot of upperbody strength to brag about, but my lower body strength kills everyone.

I'm slim and 'fit' ...but I DO need to excerise more,lol.

When I get older I want to bench at least 300 lbs seeing how I'm trying to be a football player & all.

im 5'4", not the skinniest girl ever, but i can leg press more than twice my own weight.

I used to be very fit, trained quite a lot... until I had to work shifts and was unable to attend training. And stupid me, picked up smoking again... bad bad bad! That took away my endurance, but my job is pretty physical and I've started working out a bit again, so I'm still fairly strong. But I'm not as 'Jacky Chan' fast as I used to be, going to work on that soon.
Oh yeah, measurements: 1.82 meters (like 6 feet) and 78 kilos. Low on fat despite my evil ways.

I want to be at least 6'3 when I'm done growing.

Length is not something you can choose, but you can work on other physical specifications.
Go for the atlethic body if you want to put in the afford. Buff is crap.

I know you can't choose how tall you want to be, I'm saying that's at least how tall I want to be.

Instead of exercising, I eat junkfood.

Buff is only crap if your skinny(uh huh)🙂 Besides buff is a pretty subjective term🙂
