I used to be very fit, trained quite a lot... until I had to work shifts and was unable to attend training. And stupid me, picked up smoking again... bad bad bad! That took away my endurance, but my job is pretty physical and I've started working out a bit again, so I'm still fairly strong. But I'm not as 'Jacky Chan' fast as I used to be, going to work on that soon.
Oh yeah, measurements: 1.82 meters (like 6 feet) and 78 kilos. Low on fat despite my evil ways.
