The Ins and Outs of Wolverine

It seems there are WAY too many inconsistancy's with Wolverine. So I've decided to start this Thread to portray EXACTLY what he can and cannot do.

Should he be able to Survive a Nuke?

Should he be able to Regrow Organs? (Regardless of whether or not that's physically plausible unless his body CLONES itself)

Should he be able to Regrow adamantium when it's been cut of AT THE JOINTS?

For that matter... CAN his Arms at the Joints?

How far EXACTLY is he able to smell/see/track

I just want there to be a clear definition as to what he can do WITHOUT saying "well he's done it before" because we know that alot of writers have been overexadurating his power. This way we can say HEY WOLVERINE CANNOT DO THAT BECAUSE IT DOES NOT SAY SO ON THE INS AND OUTS OF WOLVERINE. At least that's this threads intent.

Also, be fair guys... Wolverine is pretty intense so don't turn this into a spite thread please. I really want this to help the forum out.

The outs: Adamantium claws

shouldn't "not physically plausible" [it's not simply implausible, it's impossible] explain why he can't? and how would he regrow adamantium, a non-organic metal his body's hated since day one?

Same here , Wolverine is powerful....as a street leveler. But marvel makes it so he can attack the Hulk and not get killed.
