Tony still has the reaction times without having the exoskeleton on. The undersuit is under his skind, and is a part of his body now.

I seem to remember a time that Stark was being trained in h2h by Captain America. Can't remember him ever really using h2h skills otherwise though.

I'd give this to Strange more often than not.

They were bad , i have a heroes reborn issue where he comments on his skills . He got bitchslapped by a group of mercenaries.

Strange is a kung-fu master. They trained the body along with the mind and spirit in the Ancient One's Himalayan temple, and he and Wong spar daily. Heck, strange beat Dormammu hand to hand. Tony goes down hard.

Just throwing this fact out there. Strange also took down Black Panther and Mantis in hand to hand one right after the other.

Strange would straight up own Tony in a no powers hand to hand fight.

i would put money on strange over cap, hand to hand. i highly doubt that cap could ever take out black panther and mantis back to back, without his shield.

why am i crazy? black panther is barely a notch below the cap, and mantis is arguably even tougher hand to hand.
