I like the detail on shevas riding hood outfit.. but chris' looks like crap.. they never really give the dudes anything nice or interesting in games

I did appreciate the stars outfit throwback.. but yeah.. they're always more creative with the ladies

as for the DLC.. I'm hesitant until I see more opinions

That first episode with Chris and Jill looks alright and seems to have horror feel to it.

Played it, and it most certainly does. The Wesker fight in it was a lot more fun, challenging, and epic than his other encounters as well.

I like how they made doors open like back in the old Resident Evil games. Lost in Nightmares (it's short) proves that they can go back to scariness the series once had. Hell, there's even shortage of ammo.

I dunno if the Wesker fight is better. Throughout the entire time, me and Jill were getting our asses handed, though I managed to hook him in the face before the end.

There's only one new enemy unless

If he had been the strong silent type like that for the rest of the game, I imagine it would've been so much better.

Loving the Mercs Reuinion so far.

Also surprised how well they did with Lost In Nightmares. First playthrough, had an online partner and still jumped a few times. Was really cool to play an updated RE game with classic RE fills. Think it's definately the most hardcore level in the entire game so far. The fact that you can actually give anything to your partner makes it ten times better.

Yeah, I was surprised you could actually give guns (and not just ammo) for a change.

I gave Sheva guns in the main game. Or was it because I played with an AI partner at the time?

If you start Lost in Nightmares, go to front door and interact with it 3 times. The chapter will then revert to the classic RE camera angles complete with the old tank-like controls.

This just proves that this chapter is a tribute to the original game.
