weather witch

we know storm is the weather witch but whou else you think can control the weather stronger than her ? thors lighting is stornger than hers for sure but he cant control the weather with it.

Yes he can. Thor is better weather controller. Or at least stronger with it.

He is the god of weather. He can control all kinds of storms, rain...I agree that Storm has some aspects that he doesn't, but Thor's is much stronger. Storm has more fine control though.
