Got to go with Glads and Juggy here. Hulk is the weak link out of the 4, not if Clark plays his cards right here...could turn Banner into an asset. Supes and Hulk's only chance is for Supes to evade Glads and toss Juggy into orbit, and stay close to Hulk making it a 2 on 1....provided Glads doesn't go to Hulk first and do the same.
Otherwise, Glads and Juggy take this more often than not.
Hulk vs Glads also had a bit of 'Person X with Kryptonite vs Superman' to it. Apparently there was a nuclear reactor that was spewing just the right frequency of radiation to radically weaken Gladiator. Not to say that Hulk wasn't holding his own for a bit, but then again, so could Colossus too.
Hulk goes first and then Superman either overcomes Gladiator and BFR's Juggernaut...
or
Hulk goes first and then Gladiator manuever's Superman into Juggernaut's arms where they whale on him to death.

Gladiotor is like a toned down version of Superman.
Hulk has the lowest intelligence.
Superman and Gladiator can fly at high speeds, Hulk and Juggernaut can't.
I'd say Hulk and Superman win.
