Alan Scott was the first GL to fight Parallax and lost badly.
Guy Gardner was next and he lost to by having his ring over charged by Hal.
Kyle beat Parallax during Zero Hour by destroying his power source (Oa).
A time traveling Hal Jordan fought against his older self as Parallax and lost.

The person referred to as the "ultimate" Green Lantern is Sodom Yat and he never came into contact with Parallax.
