In my opinion though (as far as unconfirmed Metroid characters go), Ridley for the win 😛 (no. he wouldn't be too big for a playable character. he'd around the size of Bowser, if not a few inches taller than him, and there's already confirmed characters with wings that can fly, so...).
Meh. The only other Ninty character I want is Diddy Kong, but that's just me. >.>
i agree with diddy kong just because he is awesome, but i mean i dont think they could make him too good in the game
he doesnt have much going for him, his rocket pack and thats about it
i bet they put NiGHTS from NiD in there, because the new game is coming out around the same time and there are some people that are producing music for SSBB that are also producing music for the new NiGHTS game (look at the SSBB site under music)
Basically, the programmers of SSBB need to make characters with a unique style of playing. For example, Zelda in SSBM could transform into another person, Sheik, that has a completely different fighting style. The Ice Climbers is basically two characters in one. The player controls Popo/Nana while the other Ice Climber is controlled by the computer. There needs to be more characters that can tranform or have a partner or something else that makes them unique.

Well Zelda and Sheik were pretty much the exact same with fighting style, only real difference were the animations.

Well technically it wasn't completely controlled by the Computer, all the computer did was make sure it followed and mimicked you, if u attack with Y it attacks with Y.

Yes they should definitely have more of that. Maybe allow Mario to get that cool Raccoon suit from Super Mario 3.
Well, Sakurai's official update today answered one of the more important questions on everyone's mind: How does the game control?
Answer: Every way possible. Four entirely different control schemes have been selected. Sideways Wiimote, Wiimote and Nunchuck, Classic Controller, and GC Controller.
Sakurai says he personally prefers the GC Controller, because of the more powerful rumble. He hinted that he would explain how smash attacks and other things worked with the Wiimote... at a later date.
