Once again, I don't believe this story at all, and I would hazard to guess that most others don't as well. A dog living to the age of thirty pretty fricken' remote. The fact that you say that it is only getting arthritis now is what sells this story as garbage.

If you cannot afford to have the dog put to sleep, then you have to try and make the dog's last days as comfortable as possible. Try calling a vet and tell then your problem, they might help you for free.

damn dude, be thankful she lasted this long! she's gotta die someday, and if she's in pain it's probably best that she go now.

I agree, I have a cat that is turning 20 and she is in good health right now, but if she was in pain, I would have to put her to sleep.
