batman vs marvel

anyone know a comicbook where batman gets his butt kicked by a marvel character ? sorry moderators i didnt put this in the batman forums cause in there i dont think anyone would want to answer this for sure.

Don't worry steve, I have the issue and its really lame, he defeats Hulk by kicking him in the stomach so Hulk inhales knockout gas. The writers decided to overlook the fact that bruce's leg should have snapped off from the kick because hulk can take hits from missiles............

That's another PIS story for you. Where did you get it? I think I saw it in France and I would have bought it...only I can't read french very well.
