I just can't focus very well. I'm trying to write up a Devil May Cry / Kingdom hearts crossover one shot for a fan-fic. Yet part of it seem illogical or move away from poitns..here

The keyblade was useless , bouncing off his opponents shield or being blocked by his katana , the malicious stereo voice of Ansem the wise and his new body mocking them for even trying their futile attack.
Their ? Ah yes , Riku hadn’t been to pleased upon his exorcism of Ansem , having delved into the heartless’s mind and found nothing to aid Kairi. Thus a team-up had occurred, they would settle any and all problems once this maniac had been destroyed.
You lied to me!!! Roared the silver haired teen , artificial ’dark’ key blade rebounding uselessly off of the aforementioned shield. All that pain , anger , hate. All of it for Kairi ; and now she’d never have her heart back. Nothing more then a lifeless doll .
Sora attempted to strike at what appeared to be an opening In the shield , only to be flung into a wall by a simple backhand , the arm sliding through the barrier as if it was nothing more then air.
My dear boy I did nothing of the sort , I promised you power did I not ? Just because you could not use it to revive your precious Kairi is no fault on my part. But I must thank you , you brought me to an even MORE powerful body then your own , with closer ties to the darkness that I had never even imagined !
Riku finally ceased his ministrations , simply falling to his knees. Ansem could already stalemate Sora in his body , in this new , stronger form (which he disturbingly noted was much alike to his own) he had little to no chance.
Plucking the dark key blade from Riku’s unresisting hands, Ansem prepared for a final blow on both children.
“It’s Over”
The blades were reared back as a sneer formed on the cold features , victory mere seconds away. When it happened .
It was the host , whom had been lying dormant for quite some time ,
The cloaked form of Ansem was thrown to the floor of the Grand Hall , his once human host now a imposing demonic creature. The giant keyhole to the darkness behind it bathed the thing in a cornucopia of colours, yet not even the most soothing of them hid the rane that was all too well and clear.
