I had the weirdest goddamn dream last night.
It was a Vietnam like area and this guy was running , his clothes ragged as hell , he was extremely tired and panting , smeared in blood but wouldn't stop running. He finally stops in front of a small military camp on the edge of a pier connecting towards a river/lake (around 10-15 men with one sniper on a guard tower.) the head-honcho asks the guy why he's running and what from. The guy jitters like anything before screaming and pointing into the distant brush while screaming "HIM".
It then zoomed up to a a soldier (American , noticeable in his all green uniform and ragged WW2 esq helmet) crossing the distance incredibly quickly. He's stupidly skinny with nearly no flesh on his face and pronounced teeth (He's , quite obviously, a zombie) and he starts yelling jingoistic calls to the group , stuff like "Come on Soldier you can do better then that , the hunts part of the fun ! "
The honcho though order the sniper to fire on him , he does so , the zombie bowls over but then slowly rises and begins running , further shots do nothing with the sniper calmly stating "Negative" every time his shot doesn't do anything. The guy gives up , stands and serenely steps off a nearby pier into a river/lake and drowns before GI Zombie arrives , tearing into the military guys.
