Luckily I didn't get any in mouth, mostly my face/eyes however, I was flailing around like an idiot for a few minutes. That shit burns....

Oh, you want to hear me when I get cramp in my hamstring, I got it yesterday whilst sitting down and jumped up and just started shouting stuff, then it faded, so I sat down and it came back.. and the shouting started again:
