I've just finished watching 'Phoo Action' on bbc3 and...well...it isn't bad. But it has this distinct feel about it. Like a cracked out version of Adam Wests's 'Batman' with Lazytown ad a slap of Bruce Lee.
It helps that the main female lead runs around in hotpants/knickers for the entire show however. It's been scientifically proven that shows can be helped along by excessive cheesecake.
