Interesting. So this is just like in ROTS but replace Windu with Dooku and Sidious with Yoda. But the teams are pretty much exactly the same in this battle in comparison to how they were in the movie. IMHO, Dooku's ever-so-slightly weaker than Mace, same with Yoda in comparison to Sidious and in the movie the Jedi manage to win so I think they Jedi + Dooku manage to win this one, too, though in the end it probably turns into Yoda vs. Dooku, and Dooku wins since Yoda's tired from wasting the other three Jedi, so Dooku'll win just barely.

I say Yoda Manhandles the three Jedi and beats Dooku with a Limb missing

Dooku is a big enough threat for Yoda as we can see in AOTC. They were both exhausted after their match. Adding the other jedi are just the nails in the coffin for Yoda. Like darthsith19 said the trio will tire Yoda out and then Yoda wont stand a chance against the Count.
