Who ever said the events in that book took place in the Marvel Universe? They never said which universe that fight took place did they? I mean bullseye went to DC, whos to say QS didnt go as well?

In one of the universes that crossover IS cannon...but I cant remember which 🙁

The Speed Force is not in Marvel thing came later in Avengers vs JLA.
In the Dc vs Marvel crossover it wasnt mentioned.

So I guess they brought it in Avengers vs JLA to give Pietro at least one possibility to overcome Flash.

Quicksilver stated something about how in his universe, he might have been the fastest man alive but not here, or something to that effect. So I'd assume that they weren't in the DC universe, otherwise Quicksilver wouldn't have said that. 🙂

I am impressed. BA is faster than I thought. Basically his top speed is mach 500.

In another issue, Jay moving at top speed was barely able to keep with Black Adam. And BA decimated their team pretty handedly. It really depends on the potrayal. Also, he can fly, and flight speed is usually faster for characters that have it.
