Phoenix vs Continuity

How powerful has the PF and the White Crown Phoenix been shown to be in canon books??
Where is its official standing??

I don't wanna hear about What Ifs, or Retcons.
I just wanna know where it stands in the CANON, cosmic hierarchy of power.

Ask Galactic Storm

He knows all about Pheonix Force, he's probly the best guy to go on.

Although he beleives CANON must abide by RETCON, so you might have a problem there.
