I think Spidey has a fantastic chance; he's got short precog and could possibly web Mr.Fantastic up. So, if Reeds is smacking Spidey around in his bouncy ball form, then Spidey can web him easily.

Yeah. Either a stalemate or Reed wins. Peter can't really hurt him, and would have a hard time keeping him webbed too.
