Honestly... I see Ulic taking this.

Why

Ulic did manage to stalemate Exar Kun (when he already had a few months of experience with the Dark Side) while wearing bandages even though he was using one saber.

That, and he held off Sylvar while separated from the force. According to Kreia, that's uber.

On a serious note, Ulic most likely takes this. Though, I won't say as easy as Kun did.

He beat Mandalore, and tore shit up in the Beast Wars. On top of that he managed to stalemate Kun even after Kun had received training from Nadd, Sadow's notes, and his amulet. And, as pointed out by Razielim he held off a pissed off Sylvar while having no connection to the Force.
