Looking badly for a damn comic artist...

OKay, heres the deal...ive been looking for a comic artist to start something up...something small but big in a way....know what i mean...anyway...something serious here...wanting to start a small comic impact in singapore...so if anyone wants to hear my ideas...please just answer me....
