Guardian vs Iron Man

I've been hearing about how powerful Guardian is so what happens when Alpha Flight's leader goes head to head with the Avengers 2nd in command?

The only thing that might be said that would give Iron Man the advantage here is that he seemed to be able to last longer than Alpha Flight did against that energy guy in New Avengers.

Then again he got his ass kicked the next issue. 😄

Oh that wasn't the strong Alpha Flight as the real ones are in space and the ones that went against the Collective are temporal copies created by Shaman. They were taken from a divergent timeline before ALpha Flight gained their advanced abilities.

No he wouldn't as Guardian easily beat an AR Iron Man, and Guardian is faster, smarter, better reflexes and can shut off his brain or suit with a wave of his hand.

Alpha Flight #74-75, I posted the entire scans of the issues in the Alpha Flight Respect Thread. It's somewhere between pg.20-30...I think 😮

I'm not sure whether Guardian could take current Extremis Iron Man. He's been pretty uber.

Meh! his reflexes are still merely human while Guardian has a computer brain where Forge and Madison Jeffries working together struggled to keep up. Plus Guardian can tap into phone lines and alien technology as well.
