Juggernaut could give him his helmet and it won't matter. Juggernaut's head's only vulnerable to psychics, otherwise it's just as durable as the rest of his body.

[*]I don't hate punisher , I think he's a very capable STREET LEVEL CHARACTER unfortunately other people seem to ignore where his appropriate ranking is and place him with heavy hitters such as Cyclops , Ironman and the various other mid-top level character's.
