if your tire ran over a snail- you wouldnt even know it -- but if you ran over a turtle you would hear/ feel the crunch cry

depends how long the corpse has been dead before it became a zombie.... there might still be blood inside the body when it gets decapitated ... but i dont think zombies would bleed crazy...
