after that.. i don't actually remember.. somehow everyone got captured... EVERYONE including venom...ghost rider broke free (or something) and him blaze and spidey started trying to fight back against these swarms of demons and zombie-ghosts... but they were getting beaten badly.. at this point blaze makes a realization that venom "would go through anyone, do anything to get to spiderman" so he shoots of venom's restraints and venom almost single handedly turns the battle tide in their favor... they win and at the end of THAT fight venom turns on spidey and ghost rider and he's about to fight everybody all over again but guards from the vault show up blasting the shit out of venon with sonic rifles and capture him again.

Really? I expected one or two Venom fans to come on and say he wins and then I expected one or two Ghost Rider fans to come on and say no he wouldn't and then it would end after the second page.
However, most people seem to be of the opinion that Ghost Rider would win but he would get tossed around a bit by Venom.
My personal opinion is that it would be one of the great fights you read about and get immediate gratification. I would love to see the two actually go after each other in the open with no interruption but I've never seen it. It should be a great fight. I still think Ghost Rider takes it more times than not but it won't be easy for him.
