computer overheating - experts only please

My computer has been giving me the beeping error for constant overheats. I think about 10 minutes ago was the 5th time it's done it. I checked my fans when it was giving the error last. So if it does it again I know there's a serious problem. Does anyone know what the problem possibly is?

Have you attempted to overclock your computer?

I believe my dad has already done that in the past for me. Besides, the problem just came out of no where. The processor is only about a year and half old, and it's already doing this.

And I need more RAM lol
