Norton Antivirus not running

On my other comp a message popped up saying Norton had encountered a problem and needed to close. Now nothing I do will make it run. Does anyone know what the problem could be?

Have you tried simply rebooting?

yeah 4 times.

One time it said "Norton Updating - 0%" but then it closed again.

And Norton Internet Security is working, its only the Anti Virus that isnt

I suggest just ditching it altogether and getting something else.

Yes, it's problem is that it exists.
