Taskmaster & Moon Knight VS. Batman & Nightwing

Who takes it?

Both teams have their usual equipment and have no prep whatsoever.

Battle takes place at night during a full moon. Atop the buildings and roof tops of Hell's Kitchen.

Debate.

wow, tuffy.

taskmaster takes down Nightwing, Moon Knight fights Batman, with help from TM wins.
or
Nightwing and Bats go after TM first then finish Moon Knight.
either way, pretty even.
