Colossus isn't really that weak compared to Colossus he's at least in the 80 ton range and he is more versatile and has more weapons then Colossus.

Anyway, head up, I'd personally take Colossus. Most of Cyborg's weaponry won't really effect Colossus, and though Cyborg is very strong, his cybernetic components are prone to wear and tear when facing an opponent of Colossus's caliber. Basically, Colossus could "break" Cyborg.

Also, in close quarters, Vic's organic components are vulnerable. Colossus doesn't have that problem.
