Standart equipment for Snake team is weapon. If they fire all at once at wolverine it'd take him down for sometime. Have you seen Raven's gun?

You forget that Snake is also damn fast, he dodges bullets and fought h2h with Fox(who's stronger than Spider) and took his punches.

Dodges, you can see that in the scene with olga, he moves his body away after the bullet was fired.

Fox lifted MG rex leg that weight certanly more than 15 tonnes, besides Rex was pressing on him what makes it even harder to lift.

It matters coz it mean he could dodge wolverine and keep fireing at him untill his healing factor "overloads". And Snake can get him with his gun coz to stab him Wolverine should get in close range and Snake is a VERY good at shooting.
