The World Powers have declared War on Hulk. Everything is at stake. It's a life or death matter. They won't hesitate to claim civilian lives. Can they take out the green menace?

US, Russia, Italy, and the UK could take him w/o the help of all those other countries.

You all are so funny, they would have nothing to throw at him that would stop him. If they tried nukes he'd just tunnel underground and absorb the rads, which in turn would make him stronger.... anyone hear or read about a guy called Maestro?

Yeah the Hulk hate on these forums is ridiculous, saying he would lose against a regular army is beyond silly when future timelines of the Hulk did exactly that. Marvel Earth army forces can do things like create regressive versions of someone's DNA through a drop of blood, but real world forces have nothing like that. They only have firepower which Hulk has taken already in the past with no effect.

Hulk has survived numerous instances of getting hit with a nuclear bomb at ground zero... there is literally nothing the forces in this scenario can do to take him down.

Hulk wins, because they wouldn't stop him. Not to mention World War Hulk.

The only chance our world has is to bust out any and all experimental weaponry and tech. I can see the USA using us (UK) and Europe as a buffer to slow the green bastard down while they transport all their weaponry, scientist and anyone who could aid the cause, into the Arctic (or another suitably inhospitable area) where the human race makes one last stand.

i would say that the great powers of the united kingdom could takre the hulk even if they have to get black air and all those nasty excalibur villans involved.

One possibility is some sort of chemical/biological attack - gas, drugs, nerve gas etc. Unlike say Juggernaut, the Hulk in virtually every incarnation has been shown to be susceptible to gas, tranquilizers etc, so it just may work.

As a bonus such an attack could be deployed covertly and take effect before the Hulk knew what hit him.

Some of these countries probably have some incredibly potent stuff hidden away if the news reports over the years are to be believed. If one damn microlitre of these things deployed as an aerosol can wipe out dozens of people almost instantly, imagine what litres of the stuff could do to Hulk. Even if he heals 1000,000 times faster than a human his HF could be overwhelmed.

And if that failed they could ask Japan to send Ninja after him.
