Luke was insane with a saber at this point; Enough to stand against Palpatine.

RotS Kenobi's Soresu mastery will stretch out the fight but I don't see him taking this.

obiwan was more of a defensive until the enemy is worn out , then offensive so if he wins this he's very lucky

I'd have to say that Luke would win given that at this point Luke is skilled enough to fight Palpatine whom Yoda and Lucas have both said Obi-Wan couldn't even compete with.

DE Luke, RotS Obi-Wan is confirmed by Lucas to be unable to fight RotS Sidious who is practically a midget in compare to his DE counterpart.
