Sentry vs. the Collective - Round Two
Okay, my friend who subscribes to New Avengers got his new copy and described the rematch to me. Apparently Sentry comes back and is able fight the Collective, holding his own against him. Sentry keeps the Collective from returning to Earth until they are ready for him, and decide to withdraw from the fight and see where the Collective goes.
They had Sentry pull out of the fight because it was becoming clear that the longer they fought, the faster the Collective was learning to use it's powers.

He/they stopped fighting because he is learning to counteract everything they throw at him, afterall he has most of the powers the mutants lost. The longer he/they fight The Collective the less chance of victory or survival they have.
