Oh, and I talked to my friend who was arrested. He was caught in a in a chinese resturaunt. The officer came up to him, and said he was under arrest. His pants were falling down, and he was like, "Hold up lemme' pull my pants up." And the cop was like,"RESISTING ARREST!" so the cop elbowed him, and got him on the ground and cuffed him. And it's funny cause he's 14 and too young to be arrested, and he's spanish so he can probably press charges against the police.

I hate to break it to you, but 14 is not too young to be arrested.

Really? I could've sworn it was 16. Maybe it varies throughout the states.
