Shadow Glass (Story Thread)

Story.-
A great war was unleashed between the seven kingdoms of the World of Nya. Zetegenia, being the most powerful of all, made alliances with Crystalaria and Arkya to battle against Winglya, Woodland and Rourge. Only one kingdom kept out of the conflict, Draconia.

The two empires of the land, Harak-Sepu, Empire of Men, and Atlantia, empire of Technology watched as the kingdoms fought each other over petty differences.

On the battlefield an ancient structure was found, the Allied forces of Zetegenia pushed the Allied forces of Winglya inside the structure. Using their weapons of mass destruction, the Zetegenians broke a seal in the structure releasing something terrible. It was an ancient creature called Bragna who was imprisoned there by people who had been forgotten through time. Bragna started to cause devastation and chaos all over Nya. All the kingdoms were united once more to fight Bragna but it was too late.

Zetegenia was totally destroyed. During its destruction Bragna killed everyone it found, no one ever survived once it went for them…no one, except “him”.

Sean Flameheart was his name, he found himself on the outskirts of an island named Crysta. Though he ignored how he got there he made a most interesting discovery he was now two thousand years ahead of his time. Sean meets Brianna Mareel who has been recently ordained priestess summoner of the Phoenix Temple and she along with her fellow priests are protected by the Phoenix Legionnaires. When he is introduced to the Legionnaires by Kilik, he notices they use Plasma-staffs like he used to in the Zetegenian army, he learns that only the Legionaires are allowed to use such weapons and when he is asked to practice he easily beat all his opponents and they all complimented him on his combat style, though he knew that back in his time he wasn’t one of the best but definitely top 100. Kilik told him about how the spirit of Phoenix watched over them and that Brianna was blessed with the power to call on it whenever trouble arose and during a celebration Brianna chooses Sean as her main bodyguard. After this the adventure begins…

At the party, Brianna was talking to the local people. They had rounded up beside her and were celebrating her appointment as Summoner Priestess. She was laughing with them and talking about what she planned to do now that she was able to call upon the spirit of Phoenix to defend the island. Dwarves and humans together were partying everywhere. She suddenly noticed Sean, she had not spoken to him yet, she had only named him her bodyguard but she hadn't crossed a word with him so she came to the table were he sat and sat down beside him. This caused some jelous looks from other legionnaires.

- "Hi" - Brianna said and placed her hands on the table.

- "I'm sorry for what happened but your skill reminded me of someone I met when I was a little girl...what is your name and where do you come from if you don't mind me asking?" - Brianna said.

(ok, so like... does sean know hes 2000 years in the furtutre and isnt scared to tell, or does he not want ayone to know and he wants to figure it out?)

((He only tells Brianna and the others closest to him since he doesn't want to attract too much antention and he's trying to figure it out))

Sean looked at her "My name is sean." he said "And im... not really from around here..." He looked back at the table and was thinking on how to tell her so she wouldnt think he was crazy.

Brianna smiled, she could tell his confusion.

- "Come on, try me" - Brianna said.

Sean sighed "Im not from this... time period." he said and he was still thinking. He didnt want to be thought of as crazy, not by anyone.

(2000 years back when Tom was still fourteen) Tom was walking down and alley way of ataltia. There was a crowd gathered around and alchemist who was yelling"I have made a time travelling potion that will take you approximatly 2000 years in to the future. Would anyone like to be my test subject. How about you... The young man walking across the alley.," Tom looked up. Everyone's eyes were on him "come on now...don't be shy.," Tom didn't know what to say. He walked up dazed He drank the potion. He couldn't breathe. He couldn't breathe and he couldn't move. Everything began to go black. He woke up finding himself on the alleyway but no one was there and everything was in ruins. Why was he left. Then it hit him. The potion had worked. But now what was he to do. There was no one left in this town...but him.

Brianna took Sean's hand and looked at him in his eyes.

- "I believe you. It is strange but I feel like I know you...I know it's impossible so forgive me" - Brianna said letting go of his hand.

Sean smirked "And i thought you would think i was crazy" he said sarcastically, but in a confused manner. He looked at the table again and sighed. He had to figure this out, and he didnt think anyone else could help him with his delimma.

twilight walked the streets of rouge. her aqua eyes traced the experssions on the peoples faces. she could tell that too many of them were scared of her but she didn't have any clue why. she pulled the hood of her black closck up over her head. she was afraid that if anyone else saw her they would run away frightened. she kept her eyes on the street that lead out of her home town. she was going to get out of there for the people's sake.

A man aproached Twilight, it was the Headwarlock of Rourge, Eledur.

- "Running away Twilight?" - Eledur asked.

Brianna looked at Sean and smiled.

- "Why would I think that? You seemed more than confused but not a tiny bit crazy" - Brianna said.

Sean smiled at her "Thank you... i think.... im just trying to figure this out.... i mean... two thousend years ago..... and now here.... what do you think?" he asked, he now had a frown on his face. He doesnt quite remember back where he was before this time. That is half the reason he is so confused.

she stopped dead in her tracks."but, how did you know it was me Eledur?" she asked frightened. "besides i'm not running away, i'm leaving for the people's sake." she told him.

Brianna looked at him and smiled.

- "You are here for a reason, I can sense the mark of Bragna on you but it is different somehow...the only time we priestesses can feel the mark is when the person is dead, you have it yet you are alive. Lord Nyatous must have chosen you through fate to help us defeat her" - Brianna said.

Eledur smiled.

- "The people...they fear what they don't uderstand, that you know very well...I shouldn't tell you this but I have become quite fond of you as a teacher that I am. You have a power greater than any student I have ever taught and that scares them, they don't know what that means...but praised be Lord Nyatous that I may have found and answer to it. There is an ancient prophecy among the old teachings, the gathering of the warriors of the seven kingdoms, only them can stop Bragna and I believe you to be one of them...so if you must go, look for the others...you will know once you find them" - Eledur said.

Sean sighed and put his sword to the ground "No clue what you are talking about" he lied, not liking the idea of being depended on.

((All bodyguards included Sean have plasma-staffs as weapons, and Sean and Brianna are at Crystalaria and sorry to keep you waiting Clouds babygirl, I had to go to college but now I'm back from it))

- "In time you will understand Sean, I won't bother to fill your head with more confusing things, I will leave you to rest" - Brianna said.

Brianna stood up and went to another table with Kilik siting on it.

"i have a feeling,teacher, that i'm directed to Crystalaria. i have a feeling that something is not right." twight said."i wish you a happy life, master eledur, i'll be as safe as i possibly can and i'll visit if i can." she said.

- "May Lord Nyatous hold you to that my lad, go safe and always be mindful" - Eledur said and walked away.
