I wouldn't go that far. But yeah definetely one of the best ever. My top 5 would include Batman Begins, The Dark Knight, Iron Man, X-Men First Class and the Avengers (not in that order though).
It's most likely going to beat TDK at the box office though becoming the biggest superhero movie of all time.
