Why was the first Battle Bar gotten rid of?
As a fellow conservative, I'd like to point out that I beat KotOR 2 just as many times as I beat the first. Maybe more.
So even though there were some flaws, especially in the ending, it wasn't unplayable or even all that buggy. Each character (besides Bao-Dur) had at least one memorable line, and I could probably quote something from each of them.
My opinion of KotOR 2 has been steadily improving lately (possibly because I don't have a computer that will play it?)

I agree. As a MMO, SWTOR sucks. But as a single player game, if you go just through the characters' main story, it is quite enjoyable.
