14 or so sends in this video we see Windu can't easily disarm Fett because he's too busy blocking his laser blasts and then jumping away from the flame thrower.
44 seconds in we see him force push his saber back not easily hold Jango in place because that has never happened just you making up feats again.
Jango's jet pack was damaged by the beast so he can't get away when Windu charges and decaps him. That is what Jedi basically do close the distance and attack with their sabers for the most part.

To believe otherwise is to not understand people, imo. Very very few people ever have their actual opinions on a subject "swayed" by the argument of someone else, especially on the internet. When debates end it's usually because one person feels that there's no point in replying, not because they've been "illuminated". Hence, most internet debates are just people butting heads for awhile.
On the subject of Quan specifically, I'm pretty sure he doesn't even actually read peoples' arguments when he responds to them most of the time. So it's a massive waste of your time if you're going into it with the intention of making him look like a fool, or something. He doesn't care, and everyone knows he's a fool before the discussion even begins.

Declaring that you're not debating with him isn't the same thing as actually not debating with him, which you evidently have been, and in those few exchanges you've been utterly crushed.
There's absolutely no shame in that though Nai, quanchi is clearly a gifted thinker and a being of immense sexual prowess, and it will take quite the talented individual to be able to match wits with him.
