No thanks. I already have enough analysis-paralysis when it comes to trying to figure out what I want to major in.Especially since I already know that the most correct answer to "what should I major in if I don't want to work at Wal-Mart?" is "engineering lol".
omg don't do engineering. You have to figure out what aspects of your life you value (travel? Stability? personal improvement? teamwork?) and then look at which careers will enable those. I think the best advice is to worry less about your job and more about finding a life that will make you happy.
no disrespect meant, but the advice that undecided people should be engineers is so contrary to what I've seen. Although the career is certainly lucrative, the mindset and work ethic required to complete the training during college is not something I'd advise to anybody but the most dedicated students.
Why tell someone to take thousands of dollars in loans for a very difficult program unless you're sure they will complete it??

What I was poking at more was that there's not much of a mystery imo behind what majors provide the quickest path to loadsmoneh so much as there is for what to do when all the most practical fields to get degrees in look entirely unappealing to you.
