A part of me wants to say this is awesome, but really, how badly can they dick up time travel and the entire franchise this time? Should have left it at Terminator 2.

Gid, if you aren't watching How to Get Away with Murder then you need to start. It is the story of an emotionally dependent Alan Shore expy teaching law students to do what she does while flagrantly ignoring judicial ethics and also pretty much every law ever. She dismantles power structures that lead to injustice and twists those same power structures to her benefit.
Also, there's like a murder plot or whatever. It's super good.

I don't watch it. In fact, I haven't seen much by way of promotional material for it. But I'll give it a try. You had me at Alan Shore tbh.

As a big fan of this franchise I'll probably enjoy this movie but man what a poor choice of a story. Its shamefully repetitive while there are so many great futuristic scripts they can easily come up with.
