That's what I virtually did do. I created another account and I explained it to him.

E-mail is not the same thing as socking. Whoops? Besides, Ush gave his reason. Your excuse was one anyone could give. You sit out the ban or you don't and get it made permanent, pretty much the only way it works.

People generally can tell when it's something they made themselves....taking something someone made and a bunch of people using something that's similar is not the same thing.

Still,I didn't steal it,it was better than my old avatar,so I used it,besides,it came up larger in a google search I did,and it was bigger than the maximum limit,so I couldn't get it on here.Why the hell do you mods have the '64 by 64 pixels' anyway?
