Hmmm. I don't really know. I think he's somewhere between Vader and Yoda. His straight out feats would suggest he's on the Grandmaster's level but given their comparative performances that's just not reasonable. I could only say that if I wanted to say that Galen's proficiency in TK and Lightning was superior to that of his physical augmentation. Then again he IS suggested to be faster then Vader in their duel. But only if you read into it like I do.
