Gladly. Lebron's 4 best seasons were:
1. 2008-2009
2. 2012-2013
3. 2009-2010
4. 2011-2012
Jordan's best were:
1. 1987-1988
2. 1990-1991
3. 1988-1989
4. 1995-1996
Their average per game statistics over these 4 years were:
Lebron: 28.1 PPG, 7.7 RPG, 7.4 APG
Jordan: 32.3 PPG, 6.5 RPG, 5.9 APG
While Jordan's per game stats may seem better, this is largely because of the fact that the league during Jordan's time played a noticeably faster pace than Lebron has played. A look at the advanced stats tells us a different story:
Lebron: 31.275 PER, .310 win shares/48, 12.03 BPM (!!!), 39.9 VORP
Jordan: 30.95 PER, .310 win shares/48, 11.05 BPM, 41.9 VORP
note that VORP is a cumulative stat and Jordan played 32 more games than Lebron.
So yeah. Lebron's got the better 4 seasons. If you want a literal order it'd be:
1. 2008-2009 Lebron
2. 1987-1988 Jordan
3. 2012-2013 Lebron
4. 1990-1991 Jordan
5. 2009-2010 Lebron
6. 1988-1989 Jordan
7. 2011-2012 Lebron
8. 1995-1996 Jordan
Side Note: Isn't it funny how much better these two are than Curry?
Yes, Lebron has the advantage in win shares/48 and box plus minus as well. The pace this year is irrelevant, as this only concerns Lebron's best years. And yeah, Curry had the best offensive season ever, but his defense is so average I rank his season around the 5-7 greatest season ever. Jordan and Lebron have had better years and more better years.
